I took another look at my copy. The stuttering is caused by frames 'vibrating' back and forth during some sequences. It's really annoying, but I'm going to upload it soon, anyway. Maybe it'll inspire someone to upload a better copy.

Bill, you bring up a good point about the copyright notice being in small font. I read somewhere that for a movie the notice had to be clearly legible when expanded to full screen. I'm still trying to track down where I read that. I thought it was at USCO but haven't found it again yet.

Or the fact that I had taken down "Dracula vs Frankenstein". I was checking out the possibility that my copy was PD. I played it looking for a notice and I did find it in the opening credits, but I had to look twice. The notice was flashed so quickly that if you blinked you'd miss it. I'm not exagerating.
